Position: Senior Salesforce CPQ and Billing Business Analyst – (Minimum 10+ years)
Location: Remote (USA)

Job Description:
Lead the analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and translate them into operational improvements and software system requirements.
Design and implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data requirements.
Conduct detailed business analysis to identify the business needs of stakeholders and develop solutions for business problems.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and help guide the design of technology solutions.
Configure and implement Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Billing solutions to meet business requirements.
Work closely with project managers and other staff to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Present and explain findings to executive leadership.
Track and document changes to functional and business specifications.
Play a key role in the testing and roll-out of new software or technology solutions.
Create detailed reports and give presentations to relevant stakeholders.
Continuously stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Extensive experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple stakeholders.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing is a must.
Strong understanding of business processes and systems.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist) are a plus.
