Role: Project Manager
Location: Chicago, IL (Day 1 Onsite)
Duration: Long Term
Note:
Project managers (To handle On Premise / On Cloud Windows / Linus OS Upgrades)
Skills :
- Overall 10+ years of IT experience.
- Create a detailed project plan outlining tasks, milestones, timelines, and resources required.
- Ensure all communication is clear, concise, and documented for reference.
- Schedule and facilitate team meetings, including setting agendas, sending invitations, and recording minutes.
- Follow up on action items and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Conduct risk assessment to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Track project progress against milestones and deliverables.
- Address any issues or conflicts promptly to prevent escalation.
- Incorporate lessons learned into future projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stake holders.
- Extended hours and weekend support will be required.
Good to have:
- ServiceNow/ADO working experience.
- Cloud Technologies
- Linux/Windows upgrade experience.
