Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Phoenix, AZ – Day 1 Onsite
Client: Infosys / American Express
Duration: Long Term Contract
Must Have Qualifications: Product Management, Issue Management and Technology Background
Nice to have:
- Experience in financial crime and financial services.
- Familiarity with American Express (Amex) systems and processes.
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager with a strong background in technology and issue management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, coupled with a deep understanding of technology solutions. Experience in financial crime, financial services, and familiarity with American Express (Amex) systems is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product management lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Manage and resolve product-related issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and roadmap.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders at all levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on technology products.
- Strong issue management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
