Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Lead Consultant with expertise in middleware tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and Process Cloud Service (PCS). The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies and have experience leading technical teams in implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions. Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is highly desired. As a Technical Lead Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and provide hands-on support for integrations/extensions in OIC/VBCS/PCS/SQL/PL-SQL.

Design and implement integration components between enterprise systems.

Map business processes to support applications, define data entities, select integration technology components and patterns, and design the integration.

Run diagnostic tests and resolve issues to enhance performance or interfaces in Oracle Integration Cloud.

Design and develop custom applications using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to extend Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities.

Design and develop custom forms, user interfaces, and dashboards using VBCS to enhance user experience and facilitate data entry and visualization.

Configure and customize Process Cloud Service (PCS) to automate business processes and workflows.

Integrate VBCS applications with other Oracle Fusion Cloud modules and external systems using RESTful APIs and web services.

Utilize Sandbox tools such as Application Composer and Page Composer and write groovy scripts.

Create and migrate business rules using VBCS express and advanced modes in Oracle Fusion applications.

Ensure auditing compliance across Oracle infrastructure and security.

Conduct independent analyses and reviews of technical and business requirements.

Drive the technical transition of Oracle HCM suite from classic UI to Redwood UI.

Document requirements/features as prescribed in AIM/OUM methodology.

Work independently, schedule time efficiently, and set priorities in a diverse stakeholder environment.

Interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Oracle cloud platform certifications are a plus.

Required Skills and Experience:

5+ years of experience as OIC, VBCS, PCS Lead.

10+ years of experience in all phases of end-to-end implementations, support, and upgrades.

5+ years of experience in Process Cloud Service (PCS) (Nice to have).

3+ years of custom application development (Highly desired).

5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Architecture.

3+ years of experience in business rules and migration using VBCS.

8+ years of experience connecting Oracle cloud applications to 3rd party solutions via native integrations, extracts, and middleware.

5+ years of experience in Redwood Design of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and transition from classic UI to Redwood UI.

5+ years of experience in Oracle JET framework.

3+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) (Desired).
