Job Description:
- NET Support Specialist: Hands on Production support experience is required.
- Should be managing the team for any technical challenged team needed.
- Microsoft technology development experience in C#, ASP.NET, .NET 4.5 onwards, MVC, Web api, Bootstrap, Jquery, Angular, SQL 2012 onwards, SQL stored procedure. Angular ,React JS,Node JS, .Net Framework, .Net Core Web API, SQL, Mongo DB
- Hands on experience in handling production support tickets from L1 to L4 based on SLA metrics defined for production support tickets as well
- Strong knowledge in production support & application maintenance processes related to L2,L3, L4 is needed (Problem Management).
- Development Experience required for Continuous improvement program
- Good problem-solving capabilities in developed applications.

Role: Sr. Test Engineer
Location: Denver, CO
Rate: $45/HR on C2c
Skills: Device Testing, field testing
Description
- End-to-end stationery and local field testing of devices (including smartphones) to validate the functionality of the devices on Boost’s MNO, and T-Mobile/AT&T MVNO networks in accordance with the Boost defined test plan
- Capturing device logs, screenshots, and video recording of devices, as directed by the test plan document and/or Boost supervision.
- Creating and managing Jira defects for issues found during testing.
- Support and coordinate testing efforts with Boost’s designated staff, OEMs and partners as needed.
- Entering the captured test plan results in Zephyr Scale for each executed test plan.
- Performing such other ancillary activities in support of the above as requested by Boost.
