Job Title: Lead Salesforce Developer
Work Location: Remote (Wadesboro, North Carolina)

Required Skills:
- Lead a team of Salesforce developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define and enforce coding standards, development methodologies, and best practices for Salesforce development, particularly within the Communications Cloud.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to architectural standards.
- Lead the development of complex Salesforce solutions utilizing Salesforce Communications Cloud modules such as Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), Order Management (OM), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Digital Commerce.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other relevant Salesforce technologies.
- Implement and configure out-of-the-box features of Salesforce Communications Cloud to meet business requirements.
- Develop custom solutions, including triggers, workflows, validation rules, and integrations.
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
- Minimum of 2+ years of dedicated experience working with Salesforce Communications Cloud (formerly Vlocity) and its core modules (EPC, CPQ, OM, CLM, Digital Commerce).
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
