Job Title: Lead Data Analyst
Location: Denver, CO – Onsite – 5 Days WFO
Duration: Long Term Contract
Must Haves:
- Data Analyst
- SQL, MySQL, and MS SQL
- Defining Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
- Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tool: (Dynatrace / NewRelic / AppDynamics)
- Publishing data trends (Grafana/ Tableau / PowerBI)
Responsibilities:
- Senior Data Analyst candidate with Telecom client Experience.
- Monitor application logs and analyze incoming data to identify trends.
- Collaborate with various teams (DEV/Support) to define Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
- Possess prior experience with at least one Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tool, such as Dynatrace, NewRelic, or AppDynamics.
- Proficient in writing SQL queries to extract relevant data for metrics.
- Publish data trends into manual reports or dashboards using tools like Grafana, Tableau, or PowerBI (tools agnostic).
- Investigate data inconsistencies and alert relevant teams to facilitate reconciliation efforts.
