Note – Candidate should have experience with OMS and IBM Sterling.
Summary:
- We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead a critical initiative involving the implementation of a large-scale Order Management System (OMS).
- The successful candidate will possess strong functional program management skills, exceptional people skills, executive presence, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Confidence is crucial, and experience overseeing a substantial OMS implementation, including the configuration of off-the-shelf systems, is essential. Preferred candidates will have a background in life sciences, with additional experience in Commercial IT considered a bonus.
- Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate robust functional program management skills, overseeing the end-to-end program lifecycle with a focus on OMS implementation.
- Utilize strategic thinking to align program goals with organizational objectives.
- Exhibit exceptional people skills, emotional intelligence, and an executive presence to foster positive collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Communicate confidently and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Oversee the implementation of a large-scale Order Management System, ensuring the successful configuration and integration of the off-the-shelf solution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop implementation plans, and monitor progress.
- Lead the configuration of the OMS, ensuring it meets the specific needs of the organization and aligns with industry best practices. Implement and enforce configuration management processes to maintain system integrity.
- Demonstrate confidence in decision-making and problem-solving, particularly in navigating challenges associated with complex OMS implementation programs.
- Proactively identify and address program risks, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Leverage experience in the life sciences industry to tailor program strategies and solutions to meet sector-specific requirements. Commercial IT experience is a bonus and can be applied to enhance program outcomes.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Program Manager with a focus on large-scale OMS implementation programs. Strong functional program management skills with an emphasis on people skills, emotional intelligence, and executive presence.
- Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving in complex program environments.
- Experience overseeing the configuration of off-the-shelf systems, particularly in the Order Management domain.
