Job Title: Product Designer

Responsibilities
· Lead and execute end-to-end design initiatives to align with our product deadlines
· Communicate complex information using interaction design tools, including journey maps, storyboards, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, etc.
· Apply, maintain, and build upon design systems to ensure consistent designs
· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of designers, product managers, engineers, researchers, subject matter experts, copywriters, legal, and executive leaders
· Leverage and contribute to an existing design system to ensure consistent designs across our web, mobile, and native applications
· Understand and document user research findings and iterate designs based on feedback
· Create click-through prototypes, presentations, and videos to showcase product vision and get buy-in from key stakeholders
Required
· An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience. Please include a link to your online portfolio or work samples.
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Interaction Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Service Design, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields
· 6+ years of work experience in the design field
· Proficiency in design, prototyping, and presentation software such as Figma and Keynote
· Experience in the application of design systems such as Material Design
· Experience working across multiple platforms (e.g., products, websites, mobile apps, etc.)
· Ability to communicate abstract design concepts visually and verbally in a clear and engaging manner
Nice to have
· Technical knowledge on HTML, CSS, JavaScript
· Familiarity with Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design Leadership:
- Lead and manage graphic design projects from concept to delivery.
- Develop creative visual concepts for marketing campaigns, branding, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to ensure designs meet business objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and communications.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to create user-centric designs.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to improve user experience.

Qualifications:

Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in UX design, including wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphic and UX design work.

Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Expertise in UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
