Job Description:

Looking for Tricentis TOSCA/QTEST Test Architect having 15+ years of total experience in test automation with at least 8 years in Tricentis Tosca and Qtest.

1.      This role involves hands-on responsibilities, requires consulting skills and the ability to provide strategic solutions for enterprise test automation using primarily Tricentis Tosca, Qtest and connectivity to ADO. Additional responsibility includes leading the effort in ensuring the integration of automated testing within the CI/CD pipeline and driving the adoption of best practices in test automation.

2.      This role goes beyond traditional testing by incorporating software development skills to automate tests, develop tools, and enhance the overall quality of code from the initial stages of development through to deployment.

Required:

·        Plan, lead and implement Tosca and QTest roll-out across the Organization

·        Develop and refine the testing strategy to include modern testing methodologies and practices, ensuring comprehensive coverage across unit, integration, system, acceptance, performance, security, and UI testing.

·        Define Organization test automation strategy and develop automation framework

Design and build scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks that support automated testing efforts across multiple platforms (web, mobile, API).

·        Mentor a team of automation engineers and test automation leads

·        Design and Develop test data framework

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop and implement test automation strategy using Tricentis Tosca

·        Software testing and quality assurance: Have at least 15 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance

·        Perform hands on with Integration of TOSCA with Test Management tools QTest & ADO

·        Experience in setting up testing infrastructure that involves – Tosca Server, Distributed Execution. Perform user management and project management using Tosca Server and Tosca Commander

·        Handson experience with Integration of Tricentis Tosca with 3rd party tools

·        Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that testing is an integral part of the build and deployment processes. Monitor and optimize pipeline performance to facilitate rapid, reliable releases through TOSCA/QTEST and ADO

·        Work closely with developers, product owners, BAs, and project stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into solutions.

 

Experience and Skills:

Candidates should have worked as test architect in previous role and minimum of 8 years’ experience in Qtest and TOSCA.

1)Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks in Tosca.

2)Hands-on experience with QTest, folder organization, structuring regression re-usable test cases.

2) Proven track record as a consultant in large enterprise test automation projects.

3)Proficiency in Tosca Commander for test script development.

4)Excellent project management, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

5)Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with global cross-functional teams.

6)Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.

7)Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices Like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bamboo

8)Familiarity with version control systems like Git, GitLab, Bitbucket

9)Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

10)Experience in working in an agile environment.
