Description/Requirements:
– The Scrum Master will serve as a servant leader for scrum teams, coaching them in agile best practices, self-organization, and cross-functionality while assisting in removing roadblocks that hinder progress.
– They’ll be responsible for guiding the team to create high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done, facilitating decision-making and conflict resolution.
– They will support internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
– The Scrum Master will have an intermediate level of experience and display a passion for Kanban, Scrum, and Agile practices.
– The ideal candidate will be adept at coaching teams for continual improvement, capable of working with engineering teams, managers, and architects, as well as be personable and have an aptitude for technical problems.
Skills and Technologies:
– Meeting facilitation, Scrum and Agile ceremonies, Sprint planning, Retrospective and Sprint demo, experience in compiling metrics, Databricks, AWS components, and Unity Framework
