Job Description:-
- Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
- Develop comprehensive Salesforce architecture, including data models, security, and integrations.
- Ensure alignment with best practices and organizational standards.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Review and approve technical designs and implementations.
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and provide solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of Salesforce modules and features.
- Customize Salesforce applications, including objects, fields, workflows, process builders, and Lightning components.
- Ensure proper configuration and customization to meet business needs.
- Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems.
- Utilize APIs, middleware, and other integration tools to facilitate seamless integration.
- Establish and enforce governance policies for Salesforce usage and development.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational policies.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of Salesforce environments.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of the Salesforce platform.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Implement best practices for efficient and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
