Role 1:

Workfront Group Admin (Certification Mandatory)
Certification is a must for the following position
WorkFront Group Admin, define and create business flows using WF, migrate users from other tools to workfront

Remote is fine
Consultant need to perform the technical functions and milestones outlined below:

· Design and Implement Workfront based work management solution.
· Design and Implement Business Flow automation using WF Fusion.
· Assist end user with Workfront adoption and Learning Curve.
· Migrate users from other PPM tools to WorkFront.
Additionally, Consultant will provide a nonbillable Delivery Lead to provide day to
day governance and management of the Consultant Worker team including:
· Planning: Participate in resource planning sessions with Adobe within the demand planning process
(for forecasting of capacity to staff projects).
· Resource Selection Management: Performing initial screening and assessment of each resource.
· On-Boarding: Develop new hire procedures encompassing Adobe and Consultant policies to ensure proper resource on-boarding.
· Off-Boarding and Backfill Management: Develop checklist and procedures encompassing Adobe and Consultant policies to ensure
proper resource Off-Boarding and coordination of resource replacement and backfill when required.
· HR and Resource Performance Management: Hiring, Benefits, Resources Administration, and resource issue resolution
· Resource Retention and Monitoring: Coordinate regular meetings with Consultant’s resources to ensure issues are resolved proactively.
· Track any issues or concerns as relates to the performance by Consultant resources as reported to Consultant’s onsite Delivery Lead by the Adobe.
· Engage with Adobe personnel designated by Adobe in a Quarterly Business Review process (i.e., to include, at a minimum, Adobe’s Project Manager, \
 Adobe’s overall Consultant relationship owner, and representative(s) from Adobe’s Sourcing and Consultant Management department). Requests for each Quarterly Business Review will be made by the Consultant by email within 5 business days of the quarter ending if Adobe has not already pre-scheduled meetings for this purpose.
· Change Management Coordination: Coordinate the overall change management process that is described below.
· Financial and Resource-Based Reporting: Track financial and operational based metrics and provided reports as described below.

Digital Asset Product Analyst

Your role will span leading discussions and making recommendations on a team’s taxonomy and metadata needs, to learning about and experimenting with new features still in development by our AEM team
