Roles and Responsibilities:
• Work with CLIENT's Architect on defining architecture & executing a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with CLIENT’s architect & various stakeholders to understand requirements and tailor CDP solutions.
• Coordinate with CLIENT’s architect and configure data ingestion as per the integration strategy defined for onboarding source systems..
• Work with CLIENT Architect to gather requirements & translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Coordinate with CLIENT’s architect to formulate Data Unification and Reconciliation Strategy and document it in the technical design.
• Closely work with CLIENT’s architect on the design strategies and ensure data practices comply with data privacy laws and industry standards.
• Understand CLIENT data sets, review use cases with CLIENT’s architect and define segments to be activated through channels.
• Work with CLIENT’s architect to define customer journey map
• Work with CLIENT’s architect to define deployment plan

Job Description:
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on customer data platforms
• Experience working with CDPs and reverse ETL tool High Touch.
• Understanding of API integrations
• Knowledge of writing SQL’s and exposure to data warehouse like Snowflake is preferred
• Strong understanding of data management principles, including data segmentation, identity resolution, and customer journey orchestration
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
• Understanding of consumer-facing businesses and data fluency to drive customer relevance
PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT & MAINTENANCE
• Support the customization, development, and management of the CDP to facilitate seamless data collection, integration, deduping, and segmentation across multiple channels
• Maintain platform pipeline of real-time data activation to enhance customer engagement and personalization strategies. Will be working on High Touch product.
• Ensure data quality by implementing validation and data cleaning procedures
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to CDP data pipelines
• Integrate internal and third-party data sources, ensuring accurate, scalable data flows
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues, minimizing disruption
TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP & COLLABORATION
• Provide regular project status updates your business partners.
• Coordinate with data privacy team members to ensure compliance with regulations
• Measure and communicate platform performance, ensuring that the CDP is meeting KPIs for data accuracy, segmentation, and usability

Your expertise in the Activities module will be crucial in delivering tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency and align with clients' strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of the UKG Activities module during migrations from WFC to WFM Pro Cloud.
