JOB DESCRIPTION:
Capgemini is looking for Microsoft Power Automate RPA Consultant with hands on experience across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, CoPilot Studio and AI Builder.
This role will collaborate with our strategic customers to help them envision, plan and design innovative solutions to connect, communicate and collaborate using Microsoft Cloud.
Responsibilities:
• Architect, design, and develop scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Identify, quantify, and prioritize automation candidates
• Design and implement automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop.
• Develop and maintain the overall design of automation solutions.
• Assess, design, and migrate from other RPA platforms to Power Automate ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business goals.
• Provide guidance, best practices, and training on Power Platform to both citizen and pro developers to accelerate adoption.
• Understand customer requirements and challenges and recommend suitable and optimal technology solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform.
• Develop POC’s and Minimal Viable Product (MVP) to demonstrate the business value of Power Platform
• Provide thought leadership for new and emerging automation technologies
• Integrate RPA solutions with other systems, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Drive customer workshops, presentations and hackathons working closely with account and sales team
• Identify and develop solution accelerators, reusable components and frameworks.
• Set up and scale automations using hosted machines for developers and business users.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of automated processes.
• Utilize Microsoft Process Mining to identify inefficiencies, gain insights, and optimize processes through deep analytics and AI-powered root cause analysis
• Provide guidance and best practices for automating tasks and managing resources.
Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of overall IT experience in either consulting, cloud application architecture, low-code/no-code app delivery and administration.
• 3+ years of experience in Power Platform development, including hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and frameworks such as Large Language Models and OpenAI.
• Deep understanding of the capabilities of Power Automate for Desktop.
• Strong understanding of low-code/no-code solutions, market trends and value proposition
• Experience in integrating Power Platform with other systems using Azure integration services or other API Management platforms.
• Knowledge of ALM, Azure DevOps, CI/CD and Automation in the context of Power Platform
• Knowledge of Blue Prism RPA will be advantage
• Microsoft Certified Power Automate RPA Developer Associate.
• Additional relevant Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, D365 and/or Azure/AWS cloud.
• Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with technical and executive audiences.
• Experience in migrating RPA solutions using Blueprint or other tools.
