Job Description:

Title: Lead Business Analyst

Location: New York, NY (Onsite)

Contract: 6+ months (Possible of extension)

Client: HCL Tech.

Job Description: –

Must Have:

Capital market domain
Financial Domain experience
New York Onsite
7-12 Years

Skill Set

• Overall 10+ Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Requirement Gathering and Elaboration session with the Financial Customers

• Hands on Experience in Engaging in customer discussion to understand the business requirements

• Experience in Capital market domain- especially trading, listing of securities, regulatory aspects of capital market – like compliance and reporting can be added to the list

Activities

• Participate in requirement gathering and Process/User Journey design thinking workshops.

• Forecast and suggest the Future Roadmap and Functional scalability for Requirement

• Manage functional product backlog and supports in maintaining functional designs.

• Creating, Managing User stories and validating development & test scenarios.

• Organize Show and tell sessions to business,

• Knowledge transfer to development and testing team.
