Description/Requirements:
– The Data Analyst will help develop reports for Medicaid HEDIS operations in support of P4P incentives.
– The candidate will work with a team of 3-4 members, including technical developers and business analysts.
– Key responsibilities include working with business analysts on requirements, developing dashboards, optimizing queries for reporting, and potential light ETL (Extraction, Transformation, and Load) work.
– The candidate is expected to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
Skills and Technologies:
– The candidate should have 3-5 years of SQL experience, 3-5 years of experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, and 1-2 years of experience with PowerBI
– The candidate should also have the ability to work on multiple priorities at a time
– Preferred skills include experience with Medicaid quality, Medicare STARs, and experience working with Snowflake or other cloud databases
Compensation Per Hour:
$40 corp to corp
