Overview:
The Department of Social Services (DSS) Information Technology Department (ITD) is seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365/Power Platform Architect and Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the development and implementation of a governance strategy and framework for all DSS Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. This role involves acting as the Power Platform technical liaison between DSS stakeholders, DSS IT, DSS vendors, and the Virginia Information Technology Agency (VITA).
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements: Technical Expertise:
5+ years of in-depth knowledge and experience with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate).
10+ years of experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, industry standards, and technology management.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end product deployment and creating product roadmaps, best practices, and development standards for M365 in a GCC environment.
Leadership & Communication:
15+ years of experience in the technology industry and IT consulting services.
Experience leading programs with full customer journey impact.
Demonstrated communication and influencing skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Educational Background:
BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Process Automation.
