SAP MM Business Analyst: Functional Candidate needed
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP MM (Materials Management) Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our materials management processes and ensuring the effective use of the SAP MM module within our organization. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, gathering business requirements, configuring the SAP MM module, and providing ongoing support and training to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes and requirements related to materials management.
- Conduct workshops and meetings to gather and analyze user needs and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure and customize the SAP MM module to meet business requirements, including material master data, purchasing, inventory management, invoice verification, and physical inventory.
- Work with technical teams to design and implement enhancements, interfaces, and reports in the SAP MM module.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the materials management domain.
- Develop and implement best practices for materials management processes and ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Participate in SAP MM implementation and upgrade projects, including planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an SAP MM Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proven experience with SAP MM configuration and implementation, including full lifecycle implementation projects.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of SAP MM module functionalities and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP FI/CO).
Proficiency in SAP MM configuration, including material master data, purchasing, inventory management, invoice verification and physical inventory.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
