Job Description:
Client is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with over 6 years of experience to lead projects related to the creation and management of Okta user profiles and related workflows for multiple VSP projects. The role includes performing user administration of Okta user profiles, including user-groups and organizations, and managing Okta user re-certification processes to ensure accuracy. The incumbent will perform complex business analysis and technical tasks such as project planning, process improvement, writing requirements, system design, data analysis, interface analysis, and system rollout. The focus is on assisting with the development of an Okta Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solution. The incumbent will serve as the Team Leader for an Okta user profile management team.
VSP’s Okta solution integrates with DocuSign eSignature forms and workflows. The incumbent will create DocuSign forms, workflows, and interfaces to automate the management of user profiles. The incumbent will work with the VSP Information Security Officer (ISO) and VITA to develop new Okta user administration processes and forms.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the overall review, analysis, and evaluation of current business systems.
Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements.
Create and evaluate user requirements and system needs.
Elicit requirements using various techniques such as brainstorming, data mining, document analysis, and user interviews.
Produce requirements artifacts such as Field Definition Matrix, Business Rules, and Interface requirements.
Perform gap analysis on existing requirements in conjunction with current business needs.
Contribute to and drive a collaborative effort to support organizational change management.
Facilitate risk analysis.
Participate in the creation and review of project test plans.
Lead final user acceptance efforts with business stakeholders.
Define roles and access rights needed for applications.
Represent VSP’s interests with vendors and collaborate with them to meet project needs.
Create training materials and provide end-user training.
Required Skills:
Experience developing DocuSign eSignature forms and workflows, including customizing form behaviors using JavaScript (5 Years)
Strong organization, administrative, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills (5 Years)
Self-motivated and able to develop rapport and positive working relationships with coworkers and the agency at large (5 Years)
Proficient in Organizational Change Management (5 Years)
Experience implementing cloud-hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions (5 Years)
Understanding of business analysis concepts such as identifying and interpreting risk assessments (5 Years)
Ability to produce requirement-related artifacts such as test cases, requirements traceability matrix, business rules, interface requirements, use cases, activity diagrams, error validations, and role-based system profiles (5 Years)
Ability to manage security access and user profile management (5 Years)
Ability to work collaboratively with various groups within VSP and VSP vendors to ensure requirements are vetted and documented (5 Years)
Ability to analyze functional/nonfunctional system requirements (5 Years)
Ability to re-engineer business processes (5 Years)
Ability to identify how new applications and business processes will integrate with or replace existing business processes (5 Years)
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate with internal customers in nontechnical terms (5 Years)
Proficiency with Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and creating business and system requirements (5 Years)
