As an HCM Consultant for Infosys, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation and optimization of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for our clients. Your extensive experience in HCM, combined with your innovative problem-solving skills, will drive successful project outcomes and ensure client satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in Human Capital Management, with expertise in implementing and optimizing HCM solutions across various industries.
- Strong technical skills in HCM software platforms such as Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar systems, with the ability to configure and customize solutions to meet client needs.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into practical HCM solutions that drive value and support long-term organizational goals.
- Proven track record of solving complex problems and addressing challenges in HCM implementations, with a focus on delivering innovative and effective solutions.
