Responsibilities
- Focused on quality development of Guidewire applications in a competitive environment; Responsible for leading the team from on/near/offshore and work towards a common goal; Accountable for the team delivery; Responsible for teaching/coaching the team and create a positive environment.
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
