Job Title: DevOps Coach / Devops Consultant
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Job Description:
DevOps Coaches: (High Level JD – Detailed JD will come)
- Ability to design, implements, and maintains tools and processes for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of software.
- Work closely with developers, testers, and system administrators to ensure the entire software development life cycle is smooth, efficient, and error-free
- Primary goal is to automate repetitive tasks, reduce manual intervention, and improve the overall user experience, quality, and reliability of software products.
- Work with the Other Agile and Technical Coaches to ensure smooth operations and creating the relevant release pipeline
- Monitoring and managing infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application development, deployment, and operations.
- Implementing and maintaining version control systems, configuration management tools, and other DevOps-related technologies.
- Ensuring compliance with industry best practices and organizational policies.
- Continuously improving processes and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Proven experience in software development, IT operations, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages, such as Python, Ruby, or Java.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and technologies, such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible (but not limited to these tools)
Other Requirements:
- Masters in computer science from premium Institutes with excellent academic record
- Total about 15+ Years of Industry experience
- Have tons of patience in dealing with SW developers (especially when coaching / mentoring)
- Relevant experience should be 5+ Years in DevOps Consulting
- Knowledge of Cloud Environments (GCP and AWS) – This is Mandatory
- Must have been into client facing
- Comfortable working in distributed teams
- Should be familiar with Agile-Scrum concepts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Atlanta Based (Hybrid Working Environment
