Role Description:
Provide expert support for the Genesys Contact Center platform, focusing on troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance of CTI Genesys and Avaya Aura systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and troubleshoot Genesys and Avaya Aura systems.
- Perform system updates and configurations.
- Collaborate on issue resolution and system improvements.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for critical issues.
Required Competencies:
- Expertise in CTI Genesys and Avaya Aura.
Experience:
- 10+ years in Genesys support.
Essential Skills:
- Genesys platform expertise, problem-solving, independent work.
Desirable Skills:
- Enterprise Genesys support experience.
