Job Description:
We are looking for a VMware Automation Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on expertise in VMware Aria Operations, Aria Automation, and IT Infrastructure Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for automating IT processes, optimizing VMware environments, and supporting data center operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement & manage VMware Aria Operations and Aria Automation solutions.
Develop & maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Ansible to enhance IT efficiency.
Manage & optimize VMware environments to ensure peak performance and reliability.
Perform basic data center operations, including hardware installation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with IT teams to drive system automation initiatives and improve workflow efficiency.
Monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and execute corrective actions to maintain system integrity.
Document configurations, automation scripts, and troubleshooting procedures for reference and compliance.
Must-Have Skills:
VMware Platform Knowledge (Aria Operations, Aria Automation)
IT Infrastructure Operations
Proficiency in PowerShell & Ansible for automation
Basic Data Center Operations (server, network components, hardware management)
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in IT Process Automation
Exposure to Cloud Technologies & Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Requirements:
2+ years of industry experience in VMware, IT infrastructure, and automation
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Strong problem-solving skills & independent work capability
Excellent communication & documentation skills
