Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP PP/QM/PPDS Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS) modules. You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP solutions to meet the specific needs of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Configuration:
Lead the implementation of SAP PP, QM, and PPDS modules.
Configure the SAP system to meet the business requirements.
Develop and manage project plans and timelines for SAP implementations.
Process Optimization:
Analyze and improve existing business processes.
Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
Support & Maintenance:
Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the SAP PP, QM, and PPDS modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to these modules.
Ensure system stability and performance.
Training & Documentation:
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes.
Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other IT teams and business units.
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in SAP PP, QM, and PPDS modules.
Proven track record of successful SAP implementations and configurations.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of SAP PP, QM, and PPDS modules.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
Strong understanding of integration points between PP, QM, PPDS, and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD).
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP certification in PP, QM, and/or PPDS.
Experience with SAP Fiori applications.
Experience in the manufacturing industry or similar fields.
