Typical Duties/Abilities:

Provides technical guidance andmentoring to technical staff.
Investigate and troubleshoot issues
Develop, document design, test,and maintain solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a javaimplementation
Daily use of TFS/Azure DevOps including git,boards and CI/CD pipelines.
Document analysis and findings
Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews duringprojects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed.
Familiarity with the current technologiesbeing used. (
Assist with implementing new cutting-edgetechnologies. Offer viable technical solutions for integration with theexisting application code.

Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, LeanStartup, XP) and cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters,Developers, Designers, Business Analysts).
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a trackrecord of taking solution ownership.
