Job Description:
- Windows Server 2016 through 2022 administrator skills including the following: Windows Updates, File Sharing, DFS, patching, Qualys report analysis, and PowerShell
- Installs, maintains, configures, upgrades and administers hardware and software to support network administration, server administration, business continuity, information security, telecommunications and network connectivity, and SAN (Storage Area Network) administration.
- Diagnoses, analyses and resolves issues for customer(s) across assigned multiple technology domains.
- Power BI and Cloud experience is a plus.
Other duties include:
- Provide excellent customer service and possess excellent communication skills.
- Provide documentation to BWC teams.
- Deliver Knowledge Transfer sessions to BWC.
- Recommend where possible automated approaches for implementing specific given tasks. Must have the ability to script in PowerShell.
- Monitoring and Performance troubleshooting.
- Skilled in documenting systems and procedures.
