End-Client: MCPS (Working with Prime Vendor)

Experience: 9+ Years

 

Job Description:

Need nearby or max border state candidates – As they need to go for the first time onsite for fingerprints etc at the time of joining.

Note – they need someone Oracle HCM Project Manager who have managed the Talent Management, Performance Management, and Oracle Recruitment Cloud module.

Under general supervision, work efforts performed in support of this Statement of Work require the person to independently manage various implementation projects, collaborating on internal improvement initiatives, and implementing recommended industry best practices across our department.

The Technical Project Manager is critical to ensuring successful client engagements and consistent client satisfaction by leading business users and technical professionals through each phase of a project. This role provides oversight to multiple concurrent projects, implementing solutions across the district.

 

Based on the assigned level, this work may include:

o          Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project deliverables and schedules

o          Oversee multiple development projects at once and provide updates

o          Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress and share them with end-users as well as other MCPS staff members. Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques

o          Provide comprehensive consultation to both business unit and IT management and staff at the highest technical level on all phases of the project development cycle

Ensuring teams meet all scope requirements by completing jobs properly according to their contract or agreement with the client

•         

o          Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues. Any unresolved issues are required to be escalated to the DBIS supervisor for mediation and resolution.

o          Create and manage the project risks register to minimize potential risks

o          Developing documentation including but not limited to MCPS business requirements, process flows, test plans, test scripts, and communication

o          All changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs must use appropriate tracking tools (i.e. – Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams). Thereafter facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget

o          Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution

o          Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, post support plan, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients

o          Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements

o          Project Deliverables are delivered on schedule

o          Project Artifacts are created and delivered based on the project: Scope Document, Technical and Functional Requirements Document; Charter; Risk Log; Communication Plan; Project Schedule; Testing/Issues Log; Change Control Document; Support Plan; meeting notes, and Production Readiness Plan
