Position: Full Stack .NET Senior Developer

Location: Remote

Duration: Contract

Client: Persistent Systems

 

Rate – $50/hr on C2C (No room for negotiations)

 

No Green Card profiles

Project Overview: The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining .NET applications across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for DQM-supported businesses. The role involves identifying opportunities to optimize existing .NET applications.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain .NET applications across all phases of the SDLC.
  • Develop, test, implement, and maintain application software working with established processes.
  • Establish, refine, and integrate development and test environment tools and software as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize .NET/Java application projects.
  • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
  • Write well-designed, testable, efficient code.
  • Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
  • Prepare and produce releases of software components.
  • Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
  • Work independently in a Scrum Team, following best practices and standards, building reusable components.
  • Work on POCs and build robust applications.
  • Adhere to project and practice level guidelines for deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with other engineers, QE, and US business stakeholders.
  • Support the QE/SSMO team during testing via defect fixes, code deployment, and clarifications.
  • Collaborate with the Deployment Lead and peer developers to complete various project deployment activities.
  • Properly use source control.
  • Ensure delivery of technical artifacts for each project.
  • Mentor developers on technology and application knowledge as needed.

Must Have Skills:

  • B.Tech / MCA / MSc / MTech (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant).
  • 5-7 years of experience working in .NET technologies like C#, WPF, WCF, HTML, CSS, Typescript, JavaScript/JQuery, and MS SQL Server 2008 onwards as backend.
  • Working experience on Angular 15 and above.
  • Experience with Bootstrap or any CSS frameworks.
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps goals/initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with SSRS.
  • Hands-on experience with TFS or GIT.
  • Experience working in an Agile platform – Scrum Team, preferably used Rally as the Scrum tool.
  • Knowledge of OOPs, SDLC, and the release processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical and business partners.
  • Good multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Good attitude and self-motivation.

Nice To Have Skills:

  • Experience with DevOps and related toolsets.
  • Experience with GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence Tools (SSIS and SSRS) and knowledge of Data Warehousing (DW) applications primarily using Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 stack.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Exposure to working with an onshore and offshore environment
