Title: ServiceNow Project Manager

Client: Financial Services Client

Start Date:  ASAP

Location:  Waltham, MA (2-3 days per week onsite)

Duration:  6–12-month

 

Interview Process:

  • 1st round video/phone call with portfolio manager.
  • 2nd round video/phone call with Head of PMO.
    • Between 1st and 2nd, will receive employee onboarding application (includes background check and references)
  • 3rd round will more than likely be onsite.

We are currently seeking a Project Manager with experience in managing ServiceNow projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establishing communications between project stakeholders to ensure timely decision-making and transparency
  • Cultivating strong relationships with technology partners to oversee and coordinate incident responses, service, operational tasks, and milestones
  • Communicating project timelines and dependency changes
  • Delivering project and work statuses, issues, and risks, as well as recommending improvements to stakeholders and leadership
  • Securing project task ownership and ensuring that stakeholders can execute on action items
  • Tracking data and key project performance indicators, identifying trends, and ensuring that projects and programs align with firm priorities
  • Working with the program manager within the Advisor Technology Solutions team to establish consistent processes, policies, and tracking for all service, operational, and project platform tasks 

Core Strengths and Skills

  • 5-8 years of HANDS-ON Project Management experience, specifically on ServiceNow/Amazon Connect, or Helpdesk processes and projects
  • PMP
  • Excellent verbal, written and listening skills
  • Ability to communicate successfully with business subject matter experts, technology partners and home office staff frequently—both over the phone and in-person
  • Effective leader and collaborator who builds and nurtures strong relationships
  • Continuous learner who adapts quickly and positively to change
  • Financial or similar industry experience
  • Knowledge of incident management and program tracking software such as ServiceNow and Jira a plus
