Job Title: QA Tester / Test Engineer / Automation Engineer

Role Description:
We are seeking a skilled QA Tester, Test Engineer, or Automation Engineer with experience in banking payments application testing and network testing. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with American Express and a strong background in test execution.
Key Responsibilities:

- Banking/Payments Domain: Experience in banking and payments applications is desired.

- Quick Learner & Team Player: Adapt quickly and work effectively within a team.
- Test Design: Understand products and create effective test designs.
- Prioritization: Determine test case priorities and create execution plans.
- Defect Triage: Participate in defect triage and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Test Coverage: Implement test techniques and tools for high-level test coverage.
- Quality Engineering: Adhere to organizational quality engineering best practices.
- Mentoring: Mentor and develop junior resources.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience: 6-8 years
Essential Skills:
