Sitecore Developer with .Net

Hello
I Hope you’re doing well.
I am contacting you regarding a job opportunity with one of our clients. Let me know your thoughts.

Sitecore Developer with .Net || Remote || USC, GC Only

End-client: Highmark || working with a Prime Vendor

There will be a Glider Assessment Test

Candidate must be from the EST zone

We are looking for an experienced Sitecore Developer for a short-term project.  Our client is looking to enhance a current tool. There are others that will need to be enhanced to accommodate new feature besides just this tool.

Required Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience with Sitecore CMS development.
  • Proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, MVC, SQL Server, and related web technologies.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries like jQuery.
  • Knowledge of Sitecore installation, configuration, and deployment.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building the Sitecore component and modifying an existing import tool (i.e., take data from an Excel spreadsheet and create Sitecore components for it)
  • Be a part of integrating tools with the client’s existing site.  This will not require a resource to change the architecture and/or make architecture recommendations.
  • Responsible for managing and communicating the schedule, budget, and risk of the project
  • Defines use cases
  • Assists with defining use cases, creating/prioritizing backlog
  • Responsible for the overall design of the solution
  • Delivers velocity against the backlog
  • Creates unit tests
  • Create lo-fidelity wireframe requirements captured
  • Provides oversight and escalation

Notes:

MMO is looking for a resource that can build the Sitecore component and modify an existing import tool (i.e., take data from an Excel spreadsheet and create Sitecore components for it).  MMO will then integrate it with their existing site.  This will not require a resource to change the architecture and/or make architecture recommendations.

This is ideally a Sitecore developer resource that also knows .NET.  Because this will not involve changes to the architecture, our assumption is this is a junior to mid-level resource.
