Summary ::

This role is critical for driving the successful implementation of complex projects, particularly those involving ERP systems like SAP Ariba, in an educational setting. The emphasis on experience, particularly with large-scale ERP systems, and strong project management skills, indicates a need for a seasoned professional capable of leading diverse teams, managing resources effectively, and navigating complex project challenges.

Key Responsibilities ::

Project Coordination & Management: Overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Process Implementation: Establishing and enforcing project management methodologies and processes to guide project teams and ensure consistency across projects.
Resource & Risk Management: Identifying and managing project resources, performing risk assessments, and creating plans to mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Coordinating communication across the enterprise, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring alignment on project goals and progress.
Change Management: Leading change management efforts, including scope, schedule, and budget adjustments, to maintain project alignment with business objectives.
Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive project documentation and ensuring all project activities are well-documented and accessible.

Requirements ::

Experience ::
- Project Management: A minimum of 10 years in Project Management, with 5 years in large ERP projects.
- SAP Ariba Implementation: Specific experience in implementing SAP Ariba is required.
- Industry Knowledge: K-12 experience is preferred, indicating a focus on educational environments.

Methodologies :: Strong understanding of various project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.

Skills:
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills are essential for coordinating across teams and managing stakeholders.
- Technical Feasibility: Ability to ensure that technical solutions are viable and realistic within the project scope.
