Review user access, templates and workflows to ensure that permissions are correct, access is proper and that users do not have any elevated access/permissions. Perform analysis and review with module owners, determine the future state, perform the necessary template creation/modifications, and the re-provisioning of users as needed.
In addition, we will Evaluate our templates and sub templates to determine where we can:
· Reduce the number of templates/sub templates by combining when there are a few differences between them
· Create new templates to better address the different operating models of each entity to reduce the number of sub templates needed.
· Creation of new templates to make role-based provisioning more effective
· Creation of templates to avoid the use of sub templates
· Ensure templates have the proper access for the job roles that they are applied to.
· Update provisioning of users who no longer have an appropriate template based on their job role.
