I am reaching out to present a fantastic opportunity for an EDI Analyst position with our client in Morrisville, NC (Hybrid). This is a Contract to Hire role, ideal for candidates with strong EDI expertise and a background in system optimization.

Core Details:

• Job Title: EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Analyst
• Location: Morrisville, NC (Hybrid)
• Employment Type: Contract to Hire
• Work Authorization: GC and USC
• End-Client: Garland (Tier: Prime Vendor)
• Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

• EDI System Consolidation & Standardization: Lead efforts to streamline and consolidate EDI platforms and processes.
• EDI Implementation & Support: Configure, test, and deploy EDI transactions (X12, EDIFACT, XML); support EDI integrations with ERP, WMS, and other systems.
• Process Improvement & Best Practices: Develop EDI standards and automate workflows for improved efficiency and data accuracy.
• Trading Partner Management: Onboard new trading partners and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Data Analysis & Compliance: Monitor EDI performance, ensure industry standards compliance, and generate insightful reports.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in EDI analysis, integration, and support.
• Expertise with Vantage Point (DMEDI), Cleo VLTrader, and SPS Commerce.
• Proficiency in ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, and EDI integrations with ERP systems (Infor, Great Plains).
• Familiarity with VANs, AS2, FTP, and API-based communications.
• Strong troubleshooting and EDI transaction optimization skills.

Preferred Skills:

• EDI system migrations and consolidations.
• Scripting and automation knowledge (SQL, Python, PowerShell).
• Project management experience is a plus.
