Job Title: EBS Technical Consultant with Project Accounting

Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they align with business objectives and are delivered on time.
- Oversee the development and implementation of Business Intelligence solutions to enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Provide technical expertise in Oracle PL/SQL to optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.
- Manage EBS-Project Accounting modules to streamline financial processes and improve accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop comprehensive project plans.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to senior management on project performance.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and test plans.
- Facilitate user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management and technical implementation.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to achieve high levels of performance and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Have extensive experience in Business Intelligence, with a strong understanding of data warehousing and analytics.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, including writing complex queries and optimizing database performance. –
- Show expertise in EBS-Project Accounting, with a deep understanding of financial processes and systems.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
