Job Title: Solutions Architect

Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Solutions Architect with a strong background in Dynamics 365 Implementation and CPQ Modules to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 12 to 15 years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 solutions, with a focus on customizations, integrations, and interface design. The role requires deep technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring the successful execution of projects.

·       Design and implement customizations and interfaces to meet business requirements.

·       Prepare lean specifications for customizations and integrations, ensuring clarity and feasibility.

·       Utilize knowledge of ERP processes such as Order-to-Cash and related functionalities for efficient solution delivery.

·       Write and optimize queries for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during implementation.

·       If your primary experience is in CRM, you must have a Certification in CPQ modules.

·       Understand and leverage the technical architecture of Dynamics 365, including Model Driven Apps, PCF Controls, and Dataverse.

·       Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring best practices are followed during the implementation process.

·       Assist in workshops and customer-facing meetings, providing valuable insights and direction when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

·       12 to 15 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Implementation projects.

·       3 to 4 years of experience in CPQ Modules (preferred).

·       Proven experience in designing interfaces and implementing customizations for Dynamics 365.

·       Strong ability to write lean specs for customizations and integrations.

·       Good understanding of ERP end-to-end processes like Order-to-Cash and others.

·       Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to write queries for resolving technical issues.

·       Certification in CPQ modules (required if primary experience is in CRM).

·       Basic understanding of technical architecture such as Model Driven Apps, PCF Controls, and Dataverse.

·       B-Tech/BE or equivalent educational qualification.

·       Good analytical skills and the ability to think critically and solve problems.

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·       Willingness to travel to workshops and client locations as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Experience in implementing CPQ modules for Dynamics 365.

·       Familiarity with the latest trends and innovations in ERP solutions and CRM platforms.
