Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with experience in On-Premise to Online Migration and Custom Development to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for migrating Dynamics 365 CRM from on-premises environments to the cloud and building custom solutions tailored to business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth migrations, perform system upgrades, and develop customized modules and workflows to enhance overall system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute Dynamics 365 CRM On-Prem to Online migrations, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Analyze existing on-premise architecture and plan the roadmap for migration, including data migration strategies, system integration, and customization alignment.
- Develop, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM components, including plugins, workflows, custom workflows, and JavaScript web resources.
- Design and implement custom development solutions such as web applications, PowerApps, and Power Automate (Flow) to extend CRM functionality.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps, and recommend solutions in Dynamics 365.
- Ensure proper data integrity and security compliance during migrations and development.
- Support post-migration stabilization activities, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance of the CRM system.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external applications through APIs, web services, or middleware platforms.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance to ensure the CRM environment is secure and up-to-date.
- Document system configurations, customizations, and migration processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.
