Required Skills:
- Extensive experience as a Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Agile values, principles, methodologies, and the software development lifecycle.
- Proven ability to coordinate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Sprint Demos, Story Refinement, and Release Planning.
- Strong capability to track team performance metrics and foster a high-performing Agile culture.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and servant leadership.
- Ability to identify and resolve conflicts while maintaining team engagement and accountability.
- Proficiency in analyzing and documenting business and system processes.
- CSM Certification is required; PSM Certification is preferred.
