Location: Remote, NC (Locals preferred)
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:
We're seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to support the state's Customer Service Management (CSM) system. This role will involve platform administration, enhancements, and maintenance. Ideal candidates will have significant experience with ServiceNow CSM, web technologies, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical documentation.

5+ years in ServiceNow CSM technology
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, XML, and Web Services
Experience with ServiceNow forms, fields, views, UI policy, and client/server scripts
Strong communication skills and ability to develop actionable analyses
Ability to obtain FedRamp security clearance
