Job Description ::
Client is looking for a Desktop/Mobility Support Technician on a contract basis! On site presence required in the greater-Hartford area.
Responsibilities:
- Implement, manage, and provide support of Mobile Device Management solutions, with a focus on MobileIron and MS Intune.
- Configure, deploy, and support mobile devices, ensuring security and compliance with organizational policies.
- Monitor and manage device inventory, permissions, and security settings
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, software applications such as Outlook client, VPN clients (Cisco AnyConnect, Zscaler etc.). Performing OneDrive and OneNote sync.
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of video conferencing technologies such as Webex, Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Windows 11, Outlook and Office 365 support and troubleshooting, SharePoint client end support
- System build, deployment, and maintenance
- Firm understanding of Active Directory Administration
- Deep functional understanding of Lenovo Desktops and Laptops, MSFT Surface, iPhones, iPads
- Familiarity with Microsoft Configuration Manager and Microsoft Endpoint Management
- Experience with MDM systems such as MobileIron and Microsoft Intune
- Experience with MFA solutions (e.g. RSA, MS Authenticator, Duo, etc.)
- Functional knowledge of one or more IT infrastructure fundamentals (e.g. basic networking skills, server, identity and access)
