Long Term Contract

Responsibilities:

Collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into system configurations within the Dayforce WFM software;
Configuring and customizing the Dayforce WFM system to meet client-specific needs, including time and attendance, scheduling, absence management, and labor forecasting;
Conducting system testing and quality assurance to ensure accurate and efficient functionality;
Providing training and support to clients on the effective use of the Dayforce WFM system, including conducting workshops, creating training materials, and delivering presentations;
Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues or system errors that may arise during implementation or post-implementation;
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery;
Staying up to date with the latest HR technology industry trends, including industry leading practices in Dayforce WFM software and related technologies; and,
Assisting in the development and maintenance of documentation, including user guides, process flows, and system configurations.
Good in Data analysis & handling and exporting the required report/data to the vendor team
Providing requirements on Integration with AD including SSO/MFA.
Understanding the customer environment, Reviewing and signing off on requirements
Planning and Coordination with the customer teams for testing the product implementation.
Participating in testing with the vendor and Ceridian Technical team
