Requested Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or similar field of study.
60 Months of experience with data modelling including 3NF and Dimensional/Data architecture for business intelligence and reporting in a Data Warehouse environment
84 Months experience in Information Technology supporting / managing / directing deployments including experience with DB2 LUW and / or Oracle
84 Months of experience in decision support / business intelligence environments utilizing Business Intelligence tools.
84 Months of experience in Data Warehouse, Data Mart, and Data Lake Development
84 Months of Experience in writing complex SQL, PL/SQL, R, SAS, Python and UNIX code for Reporting and Data Extraction.
60 Months Experience with Medicaid Data
84 Months of experience with data acquisition, cleansing, and integrations processes (ETL, ELT); including at least one major data integration tool (Informatica/Data Stage/Data Integrator).
84 months experience in infrastructure Capacity Planning, Performance Management, and related functions.
60 Months of experience developing and presenting White Papers on current and future reference models and database architecture trends and their impact on the organization.
84 Months designing, developing and procurement of System and Data integration platforms across at least 20 independent systems
