Role Summary:

This position is designed for an experienced DataOps Architect with expertise in Databricks and Terraform to lead the design and implementation of cloud-native data solutions, focusing on Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and deploy Databricks clusters, workspaces, and Snowflake infrastructure on Azure.
• Use Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate provisioning of resources.
• Monitor and optimize performance of Databricks clusters and Snowflake, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Implement security policies, RBAC, and encryption mechanisms to protect sensitive data.
• Provide technical support for Databricks and Snowflake users and troubleshoot issues.
• Data governance and ensure data quality and compliance with tools like Unity Catalog, Collibra, and Snowflake Polaris.

Required Skills:

• Strong Databricks, Azure, and Snowflake expertise.
• Proven experience in Terraform for automating cloud infrastructure.
• Solid knowledge of data governance, data quality, RBAC, and security policies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and version control.
• Strong background in architecting cloud-native data solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of implementing production-grade solutions.
