Job Description :            

Data Specialist (Excel, Data Entry, Analytical, Leadership & Client Communication Expert). ( Location: Jacksonville-Florida (onsite) local candidates only!)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Excel Data Specialist with a strong analytical mindset, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data commissioning and decommissioning, tracking orders, and providing prompt communication to clients. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage data efficiently, lead data-related projects, collaborate across teams, and ensure clients receive timely updates and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee data entry processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Commission and decommission data effectively to maintain up-to-date and relevant datasets.

Track orders and ensure accurate, real-time updates on their status.

Promptly communicate with clients regarding order progress, delays, or required actions.

Organize, clean, and manage large datasets within Excel and other relevant tools.

Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, PivotTables, Macros, etc.) for data analysis and reporting.

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools.

Involves transferring and organizing data from Excel into Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring proper formatting, field mapping, and accuracy for seamless processing.

Distribution workflow tasks include handling large data sets, performing data entry, assembling and disassembling datasets, tracking inventory records, and ensuring accurate order processing. Involves working with Excel, system-based reporting, and data validation.

Identify patterns, trends, and inconsistencies in data to drive insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and workflow improvements.

Uphold data security, integrity, and compliance with company standards.

Train and mentor team members in best data practices and Excel proficiency.

Requirements:

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage data processes.

Proven experience in data commissioning and decommissioning.

Ability to track orders and provide timely updates to clients.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, PivotTables, charts, Macros, etc.).

Excellent client service skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.

Ability to analyze large datasets and derive meaningful insights.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Highly organized with keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience with Supply Chain.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience in data analysis, reporting, or data management leadership roles.

Prior experience in order tracking and client relationship management.
