Job Description

1. Platform Engineer / Data Center Engineer with experience with installing/supporting physical Data Center class equipment (blade servers, rack mount servers, storage, network…etc.)
2. Troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues.
3. Experience with Agile Kanban board and Incident Management systems. 
4. Planning/supporting the Data Center footprint and the installation/removal of equipment/cabinets in the Data Center.
5. Submitting Change Records with supporting documentation.
