• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to translate complex business needs into scalable data requirements and solutions.
• Lead and conduct in-depth analysis to provide recommendations on modern, scalable data architectures.
• Design conceptual and logical data models across enterprise domains such as HR, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
• Partner with Data Engineers to ensure accurate implementation, optimization, and maintenance of data models.
• Define and contribute to data architecture standards, principles, and guidelines for the future-state data environment.
• Ensure solutions adhere to data governance, security, and quality standards.
• Evaluate business risks associated with data quality and compliance, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Proven experience in data warehouse modeling across enterprise domains (HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing).
• Strong understanding of data governance, data security, and data quality best practices.
• Hands-on experience with SQL or equivalent database query languages.
• Experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL) and large-scale distributed systems.
• Solid domain knowledge in areas such as Finance, Risk, HR, and Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying and communicating data quality issues and risks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture and Data Modeling.
• Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to drive architecture discussions and lead data initiatives across business units.
