Position Overview: We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong technical and communication skills to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating SSRS reports, developing and maintaining ETL processes, SQL Server scripting, and querying, and providing business intelligence solutions. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including team members, department stakeholders, vendors, and partners, to design, develop, and implement reporting, integration, and data analytics solutions.
Location:
- The selected candidate must be able to work in person (on-site) for the first full week (5 days) of the engagement. Afterward, a minimum of one day a week on-site is required.
- Additional in-person days may be necessary for meetings with clients.
- Optional in-person work is available if preferred.
- Parking is free at our facilities.
Remote Work Requirements:
- The candidate must have access to broadband internet and a home office free from distractions.
Work Schedule:
- The candidate must be able to work independently or as part of a small team on projects.
- The employee cannot have billable hours on government holidays.

On-Site Requirement: 1-2 Days per Week
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- SSRS Report Development: Initial workload will focus on creating SSRS reports using mockups provided by a configuration team, customizing standard vendor-provided reports.
- ETL Processes: Develop and maintain ETL processes to clean and load data to on-prem and cloud databases.
- SQL Server Scripting & Querying: Perform SQL Server scripting, complex querying, joins, subqueries, and data manipulation.
- Data Analysis & BI Reporting: Work on data analysis, data profiling, SQL coding/query tuning, data modeling, and data validation. Provide business intelligence reporting solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to develop reports or address data access and visualization needs.
