Job Description
1. Assist in leading the analytics team in the development of data driven insights to increase efficiencies in business processes that improve and simplify work methods, deliver financial benefits, and improve our customers’ shopping experience.
2. Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance excellence discussions and provide feedback to direct reports.
3. Support e-Commerce Team in reaching 90M in savings.
4. Provide support to over 19 Workspaces and 5,000 users in Power BI.
5. Own Data Architecture for Pickup Reporting – Continue to consolidate datasets and reports to reduce tech debt and enhance the user experience. Produce insightful reporting and produce KPIs for E-commerce.
6. Partner with KTD to continue to build out the Fulfillment Data Platform – FDP. Support the rollout of the gold layer and adapt reporting accordingly.
7. Measure current projects and business standards that align with Every Customer, Every Time strategy that are successfully implemented.
8. Establish and maintain professional relationships with division leadership and division associates, including the division e-commerce manager, to understand, summarize, and define work processes (current and future state)
9. Guide the facilitation of working sessions to develop current/future state work processes.
10. Partner with Training and Development to develop training modules consistent with standards.
11. Consult with business specialists to develop and recommend potential business and technology solutions.
12. Collaborate with the Finance department and Innovation team to document reporting needs to visualize the financial impact of process improvements.
13. Partner with the vice president and senior leadership to understand and guide the business and its priorities.
14. Provide support for Key Applications that showcase e-commerce reporting embedded in applications.
15. Summarize and communicate analyses that provides best practices recommendations to the business owner and team.
16. Travel to divisions and stores to observe, create performance measurements and summarize observations.
17. Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
18. On call support – after hours and on weekends
